2. BONUS ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

Each bonus offer is strictly limited to one per individual, household, residential address, email address, IP address, phone number, payment account number (e.g., credit/debit card, e-wallet), and electronic device (e.g., computer, mobile phone, tablet).
Players may take advantage of all available bonuses, except where a bonus is subject to country restrictions and the player resides in one of those nations.

To be eligible for any prizes, including those from tournaments, a player must have made at least one successful deposit.

3. GENERAL BONUS TERMS

Only one bonus may be active at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be stacked or combined. Players have the right to refuse any bonus from the casino.
Unless specified otherwise, all bonuses are subject to: a minimum deposit requirement, a maximum bonus amount, specific wagering terms, a maximum bet limit during wagering, and an expiration date.
Should a selected deposit bonus fail to activate for any reason, you must contact our customer support team before placing any bets. If you use any of the deposited funds before the bonus is manually applied, we will be unable to add it.
When your account holds both real money and a bonus balance, bets will be deducted from your real money balance first. Once the real money is depleted, the bonus balance will be used, and the bonus will be considered active.

You acknowledge and agree that if we decide to reduce a payout to the maximum cashout limit, you will be formally notified. By accepting these Terms, you confirm your understanding of this policy and waive any claims against the platform regarding the enforcement of max cashout limits after receiving such a notification.
Any claims made after receiving this notification may be interpreted as an abuse of rights to gain funds and could be viewed as extortion.
Prohibition on Bonus Stage Progression Abuse: Using bonus or cash funds solely to advance through bonus stages of a game (e.g., collecting 9 of 10 items) and then completing the final stage with cash bets after the bonus is forfeited, lost, or wagered is prohibited. All winnings from such activity may be voided.
Prohibition on Delayed Game Rounds: Delaying any game round, including free spins and bonus features, to a time when you no longer have wagering requirements is forbidden. Similarly, making new deposits while such features are still pending in a game is not permitted.

4. BONUS WAGERING TERMS

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion’s terms, all bonuses must be wagered 40 times before the funds become withdrawable.
If the wagering requirements are not met by the end of the bonus validity period, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
You may request a withdrawal of your deposit before fulfilling the wagering requirements. However, doing so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it. Any remaining real money balance will be paid out.
Players have the right to cancel a bonus at any time without wagering it, without any loss of their own funds.
Bonus funds can be wagered on all games found in the “Wagering” category in the Casino Lobby.

Playing jackpot games with an active bonus is prohibited.

5. BONUS HUNTING & BONUS ABUSE

Bonus abuse and bonus hunting are strictly prohibited.

Bonus Hunting is defined as:

A bonus-to-deposit ratio between 30% and 39% may be classified as bonus hunting. Your bonus ratio is determined by the number of bonuses claimed relative to the number of deposits made (i.e., fewer bonuses result in a lower ratio).
If a player is identified as a bonus hunter, the casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude them from certain promotions or alter the terms of regular promotions for them.

Bonus Abuse is defined as:

Creating more than one account at LevelUp to claim bonuses. This will result in the confiscation of funds, as multiple accounts are not permitted.
A bonus-to-deposit ratio exceeding 40%.
If a player is found to be engaging in bonus abuse, LevelUp Casino has the right to prevent them from receiving any future bonuses and to void all winnings obtained with bonus funds, both during and after the wagering process.
